Visualize Your Cellular Telemetry In Real Time
NetScope is a premium on-device utility designed to capture active cell parameters, run network benchmarks, and map coverage trails in real time—even while running in the background.
Engineered For Performance & Precision
A professional on-device monitoring system for developers, field engineers, and cellular network researchers.
Real-Time RF Telemetry
Monitor RSRP, RSRQ, SINR, PCI, Carrier, RAT, and live NR-ARFCN frequencies alongside neighbor Tracking Area Codes (TAC).
Event-Driven Logging
Uninterruptible background logging writes session CSVs. Automatically detects and logs radio events like handovers, reselections, and link failures.
Dynamic Route Mapping
Plot and review geo-located signal telemetry directly on custom interactive maps for realtime mobility tests.
Network Benchmarks
Evaluate speed, latency, jitter, and packet loss mapped directly alongside cellular hardware stats.
Local & Cloud Export
Save sessions locally as standard CSV files or sync automatically to your secure Supabase database.
Custom Extractor Plugin
Powered by our custom native C++ and Dart bindings for low-overhead cellular hardware interrogation.
Interactive Telemetry Simulator
Experience how NetScope parses and evaluates signal parameters. Drag the simulator slider to simulate shifting radio frequency environments from high interference to direct sight-of-line signals.
Live Node Monitor
Network Performance Benchmarking
NetScope goes beyond raw signal listening. Test your real-world connection capability directly alongside RF metrics. Log your latency, download speed, and upload performance metrics correlated with signal variables at any given coordinates.
- Ping & Jitter: Measure response consistency to verify connection stability.
- Dynamic Speed Tracking: Observe speeds scale with RSRP and carrier aggregation changes.
- Auto-Correlated Logs: Speeds are written with cellular parameter metadata in CSV rows.
Visual Mobility Trails & Spatial Analytics
Map signals as you drive or walk. See signal drop-offs, tower handover points, and coverage dead zones with GPS coordinate plotting.
NetScope logs telemetry points with precise latitude and longitude. The app's integrated map automatically groups data and colors trail points depending on signal quality (Green = Great, Yellow = Fair, Red = Poor), providing immediate spatial analysis.
Trace physical tower switchovers. When your device changes serving Physical Cell Identifier (PCI) or splits across multiple carriers, the map flags the exact switch coordinates to highlight cells coverage edges.
Analyze how topography affects signal. Track elevation variables along your path to understand signal shading in valleys, behind buildings, and on elevated highways.
Coord: 40.714, -74.004
Advanced Data Logging Schema
NetScope formats logs to meet industrial standards. Review the standard CSV columns logged during each background recording session.

Technical Requirements & Guidelines
-
OS Android 5.0 (API Level 21) or Higher
Fully compatible with Android 10 up to Android 14 (API Levels 29–34) using native Kotlin and Telephony APIs.
-
Modem Physical Device & SIM Card Required
Telemetry metrics cannot be simulated inside virtual emulators. Access to raw RSRP, RSRQ, SINR, and PCI parameters requires a physical modem (e.g. OnePlus, Samsung, Pixel) with an active SIM card.
-
GPS Precise Location Services (GPS)
Android restricts cell tower information queries to protect user location privacy. Location permission (ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION) must be set to "Allow all the time" or "Allow while using the app", and system GPS must be turned ON.
-
State Phone State Permissions
Interrogating SIM and serving cell telemetry requires standard carrier/modem access (READ_PHONE_STATE). NetScope never reads contacts or personal logs.
-
Service Foreground Service Support
Background CSV recording sessions run inside a persistent foreground service. This prevents the OS from suspending the logger while the screen is off or in standby.
Privacy Policy
Transparency and privacy are fundamental to NetScope. We do not gather, share, or sell your telemetry or coordinate details.
Local Data Processing Model
NetScope is engineered on an on-device architecture. All cellular signal parameters (RSRP, RSRQ, SINR, PCI, Carrier, Network Type), GPS logs (latitude, longitude, elevation), and speed benchmark measurements are processed, visualised, and written strictly to local storage files (CSV format) on your device. We do not maintain or connect to any cloud server by default, and we never collect, compile, or transmit your records.
Permission Rationale
To deliver its core utilities, NetScope requires specific Android or iOS hardware permissions, strictly utilized as follows:
- Location Access (Precise/Fine GPS): Required to associate signal parameters with geographic coordinates and draw trails on the map views. Location data is stored purely locally on your device in your session CSV files.
- Phone State Access: Required to extract raw hardware indicators from the active SIM cards (carrier name, network technology type, signal strengths, physical cell identifier PCI). NetScope never reads your contact list, device identifier numbers, or phone call history.
- Notification Access: Used to run a persistent foreground service, allowing the background logging utility to write session data continuously when the screen is locked or when switching between active tasks.
User-Configured Sync Options
NetScope provides an optional synchronization pipeline to Supabase. This sync operates directly between your device and your private Supabase database using credentials you supply. NetScope does not act as an intermediary, does not store your Supabase keys, and has no visibility into your database logs.
Data Ownership & Deletion
You have full ownership of your records. You can view, export, or permanently purge any logged CSV data directly within the file log history tab of the app UI. Uninstalling NetScope deletes all local data folders and logs completely.
Guaranteed Anonymity & Zero Tracking
Every cellular parameter and location telemetry record captured by NetScope is completely anonymous. The app does not collect, link, or transmit any unique personal identifiers (such as IMEI, UUID, email, or device IDs) with the logged network variables, ensuring complete isolation between your metrics and identity.
